Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you’re happy with your order from One More Hit. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Change-of-mind returns

To cancel an order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. We recommend using a tracked service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. If an item has been opened, handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, and this reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund as permitted by law.

This is particularly relevant to sealed trading-card products where opening packaging, booster packs or other sealed contents can significantly reduce their resale value.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will process any refund due within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been returned.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, such as Special Delivery, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, ideally including photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Trading cards and packaging

Minor variations in manufacturer packaging, wrapping, print alignment or similar characteristics do not necessarily constitute a fault. However, this does not affect your statutory rights where an item is genuinely damaged, faulty or not as described.

Pre-orders

Any estimated release or delivery date displayed for a pre-order is based on information available to us and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.

If a pre-order is materially delayed, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

How to request a return

Please contact us at hello@onemorehit.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
