These Terms of Service apply to your use of the One More Hit website and to purchases made through our online store. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to One More Hit.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

One More Hit is an independent UK online retailer specialising in trading cards and related products.

2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.
Product images may be supplied by manufacturers or distributors and packaging may occasionally differ from images shown.
Minor manufacturing variations in packaging, wrapping, print alignment or similar characteristics do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
We may limit the quantity of products available to each customer, household or address, particularly for limited-release or high-demand products. Any applicable purchase limit will be displayed or communicated where reasonably practicable.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, depending on the confirmation provided to you.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud, or a stated purchase limit has been exceeded.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you to offer the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Pre-orders
Products offered for pre-order may have an estimated release or dispatch date.
Release dates and allocations can change because of circumstances outside our control, including changes made by manufacturers or distributors. We will provide updated information about material delays where reasonably possible.
Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected by placing a pre-order.
If we cannot fulfil all or part of a pre-order because our supplier allocation is reduced, we will refund any amount paid for products we cannot supply.
6. Shipping and delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, the goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you have identified to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an online purchase and return goods are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
8. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website, including original text, graphics, branding and other material created by One More Hit, may be protected by intellectual-property rights and must not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
Third-party product names, images, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
One More Hit is an independent retailer. The sale of branded products does not itself imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the relevant manufacturer or trademark owner.
9. Website use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, use it for unlawful purposes, introduce malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business or our customers.
10. Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party providers for services including payments, delivery and website functionality.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Purchases from One More Hit are made from One More Hit and not from Shopify.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you are purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes, different legal rights may apply.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The Terms applying to an order will be those in effect when the relevant contract is formed, unless a change is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available under the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
